All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Call or email us (+32 3 327 33 38 or commvault@smidt-imex.com) for return authorization. All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Purchases can be made online through our secure checkout by authorized personnel only. For information on how to become an authorized purchaser, please contact your direct supervisor or manager. During checkout, please be sure to complete all necessary information.

You can expect in-stock items to be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order and delivered after 3-4 days after shipment. Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions. Please allow 1 week extra transit time for shipments to APAC destinations.

Merchandise pricing does not include shipping. Actual freight charges will be assessed and added to a separate invoice to the Local Commvault team.

Please note that international shipments are/may be subject to duties and customs fees above and beyond standard shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the receiver and payment may be required before delivery of your package will be completed. Contact your local courier or customs office for details.

Merchandise pricing does not include tax.

If you need to pay taxes, please claim them back via Expenses.

You can update your password at any time through the My Account page by selecting Account Details.

Yes. To do this, you will need to add the multiple shipping addresses to your Account page only once. In the checkout screen you can select the destination address you prefer for this order, without needing to complete all address details manually.
